Nominations Open - Customer Service Award

Nominations are open for the 2021 Aquatic & Recreation Institute Awards.  One of the awards is the Customer Service Award, sponsored by Roejen Engineering + Technical services. Do you have a staff member or team that go above and beyond when serving your customers and deserves to be recognised?

This award recognises commitment and dedication of a cohesive customer service team or individual who display professionalism, have extensive service knowledge, can handle conflict, and work well under pressure.

Essential Criteria

• Member of the Aquatic & Recreation Institute.

Required Information

Demonstrate and provide examples of:

• Details of positive feedback – example - survey or feedback forms.
• Knowledge of the facility and its services.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage conflict situations in a positive and professional manner.
• Cohesive team.
• Going above and beyond the call of duty.
