This award recognises commitment and dedication of a cohesive customer service team who display professionalism, have extensive service knowledge, can handle conflict, and work well under pressure.

  • Current member of the Aquatic & Recreation Institute, and

 

Required Information

  • Details of positive feedback – example - survey or feedback forms. Knowledge of the facility and its services.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage conflict situations in a positive and professionalmanner.
  • Cohesive team.
  • Going above and beyond the call of duty.
