Summer is coming! And it seems like it's going to be a hot one!
Supervision planning and implementation is the bread and butter of our industry. But when was the last time you looked over your Supervision plan? Do you know what you need in the plan? How will you prepare your facility, team and the community on key aquatic supervision initiatives? Who is even responsible for developing and implementing the plan?
The ARI NSW Young Leaders Advisory Group (YLAG) invites the industry throughout Australia to join us as we have Stan Wall (ARI Director & CEO of Lifeguarding Services Australia) with Scott Vanderheyden (ARI Director & National Aquatic Safety Manager for Belgravia Leisure) as they go through their observations within the industry when it comes to Aquatic Supervision. They will also touch on important strategies for facility managers and lifeguards to utilise and be aware of in preparation for summer.
