This afternoon the NSW Government has released a series of COVIDSafe Plans for gyms, sports and recreation venues to help you create and maintain a safe environment for workers and visitors in the lead up the easing of restrictions from 13 June 2020.
Under NSW Public Health Orders, venues must have a COVID-19 Safety Plan for how they will keep participants, volunteers and workers safe.
To open your business to the public from 13 June 2020, you can either:
The NSW Government is yet to formally issue a Public Health Order easing restrictions and permitting more venues to reopen. The above documents, however, provide some indication as to the requirements that will need to be met and allow operators to start working towards reopening their venues.
