Duty Manager Award

Nominations are open for the 2021 Aquatic & Recreation Institute Awards.  One of the awards is the Duty Manager Award.   If you have a staff member who you think needs to be recognised for their commitment and leadership, then don't delay in nominating them.

Duty Manager Award Details

This award recognises commitment and dedication of a Duty Manager for their leadership skills, responsibility and dedication to the position and overall management of a facility.

Essential Criteria

• Member of the Aquatic & Recreation Institute.
• Current qualifications in accordance with national and/or state specific best practice.

Required Information

• Details of achievements in the areas of leadership, facility operations and commitment to safety.
• Details of any feedback on commitment and dedication to the position received from any customers, peers and/or employer.
• A general statement on overall work ethic.
