Nominations are open for the 2021 Aquatic & Recreation Institute Awards.  One of the awards is the Lifeguard Award.   If you have a staff member who you think needs to be recognised for their dedication, then don't delay in nominating them.

This award recognises commitment and dedication of a pool lifeguard for their development of skills, level of training and service toward performing their duties.

Essential Criteria

• Member of the Aquatic & Recreation Institute.
• Current qualifications in accordance with national and/or state specific best practice.

Required Information

• Details of achievements in the areas of service, skills, and training.
• Details of any feedback on commitment and dedication to the position received from any customers, peers and/or employer.
• A general statement on overall work ethic.
