How long have you been in the industry for? 24 Years.
What was your first job in the Aquatics & Leisure Industry? I started as a Cleaner at the age of 16.
What do you love about your job as General Manager of Operations at Aligned Leisure? The people and our ability to put smiles on faces. :)
Tell us about your most challenging day so far. A lot to choose from, but any day that involves a critical incident response is a hard day!
What skill would you like to master? Musical Theatre, love it!!
What would be your advice for someone starting int he industry? Make the most of every opportunity.
What would make your job easier? A Personal Assistant.
Who has been your most influential mentor to you? My brother, he taught me how to be the hardest worker in the room.
If you could travel anywhere, where would it be? Las Vegas!!!!
