by Nichole Edsall on February 12, 2021

The Belgravia Foundation have launched a Mental Health e-Learning program.

The Belgravia Foundations Mental Health e-Learning Program (MHeLP) is a free online training platform, available for use by sport and leisure sector organisations to help workers and volunteers support their own and others mental health.

The program, which forms a part of Belgravia Foundations Take Charge! mental health initiatives, features contributions from people from a diverse range of backgrounds with lived experience in supporting their own and others mental health.

MHeLP is designed to specifically support the leisure and community sport sectors and promote the vital role that participation in healthy activity can make to an individual’s mental health.

Guided by international experts, the MHeLP program has been created with the support of over 20 sport and leisure sector organisations across Australia and  New Zealand.
