The $44.7 million Ashfield Aquatic Centre, which is expected to attract 500,000 visitors a year when it opens in October, will be as much a community centre as a lap pool.
Opening on 17 October, this amazing facility will include five pools, a first class health and fitness centre, café, creche, spa, sauna plus an extensive range of free weights, machines and equipment.
There will be a range of services offered including group fitness classes, mind and body classes, personal training, learn to swim, squads and programs to cater for all ages and fitness levels.
From Thursday 8 October, you will be able to have a sneak preview of the new Ashfield Aquatic Centre including the pools, health and fitness centre, spa, sauna, steam room, creche, Technogym equipment and machines. This is a wonderful opportunity to view the world class facilities and to ask any questions you have in regard to the centre.
Tours will start from Thursday 8 October and bookings are essential.
