Date and Location 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Aquatic and Recreation Institute (ARI) will be held at 5:00pm on Monday 25 May 2026 at NEX Newcastle, 309 King Street, Newcastle NSW 2301. 

Please email secretary@arinsw.com.au and advise if you wish to attend prior to Monday 18 May 2026:

• via online (a link will be emailed to you to allow you to join via videoconferencing/ teleconferencing).

General Nature of Meeting

At the AGM, members will be provided with an overview of:

• ARI’s activities
• ARI’s finances

Proxies

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote on behalf of the member.  To be valid, a proxy form must be completed, signed, and received by ARI not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting. Proxies must be emailed to secretary@arinsw.com.au
