Whitlam Leisure Centre, Belgravia Leisure team key focus is on the overall guest experience of their members and guests.
Whitlam Leisure Centre was able to provide guests with a consistent level of high-quality service by following the organisational values and the vision of their guest charter – “To put the guest at the centre everything we do." They were able to demonstrate knowledge of facility and services through the development and training of staff. As a result of the constant training and ability to demonstrate knowledge of the facility, Whitlam Leisure Centre achieved an increase in sales results.
