Vacancies with LSA Venues

LSA Venues are hiring for a variety of roles to work in their venues across NSW. LSA Venues currently have vacancies for lifeguards, customer service team members and learn to swim instructors at their Narromine, Trangie, Forbes, Dungog and Clarence Town aquatic centres.

 

The Roles

Lifeguards

LSA Venue lifeguards are responsible for day-to-day pool operations and safety within the facilities. Their main role is to ensure that all areas inside the venues are safe and enjoyable for all patrons.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for safety around the water. They will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • National Police and Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
  • Weekend and weekday availability
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Previous experience in a similar role.

 
Customer Service Team Member

LSA Venues Customer Service Team Members are the first point of contact when patrons visit the centres. They provide customer service and support to all functions of the venue and are responsible for greeting Swim Centre patrons and resolving customer enquiries, organising bookings and processing payments, stock control, café assistance and the safe handling of food.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • High quality customer service and communication skills
  •  Experience processing payments and assisting with customer enquiries
  • National Police and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Current First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain).


Learn to Swim Instructors

LSA Venues are looking for Learn to Swim Instructors with a passion for teaching and water safety. LSA Venue instructors teach children of all ages, from infants to teenagers in all skills from basic water safety to stroke development.

A friendly attitude, great communication and customer service skills are essential.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • National Police and Working with children check (or willing to obtain)
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Weekend and weekday flexible availability
