Full time position -$90,000 plus Superannuation Based at Raging Waters Sydney

About the role: 

Looking to work and grow in a fun fast-paced environment. Raging Waters Sydney is looking for an Operations Manager who will lead the Aquatics, First Aid, Security and Emergency Response Teams. We are after someone with a professional and positive attitude who has the skills to lead a team. If you have experience in the aquatics and leisure industry, excellent communication skills and dream of working in a Water Park then this is the role for you! 

Key Duties: 

• Managing the Operations Department including Aquatics, Security, First Aid and Emergency Response Teams.
  
• Develop and implement operational systems, processes, procedures, plans and policies for the Operations department.
  
• Manage and co-ordinate operation team members including resource planning and rostering, training, mentoring, recruitment, performance management and conducting performance reviews.
  
• Develop, implement and coordinate all elements of the Emergency Management Plan and Procedures for the Park. 

Skills & Experience: 

• Current Lifeguard Instructor License (Ellis & Associates) or able to obtain within first 3 months of employment.
  
• CPR & First Aid.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours including but not limited to weekends, evenings and public holidays.
  
• Experience in the aquatic and leisure industry. Previous experience in a management position is preferred.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication, problem solving and time management skills when leading teams.
