Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager - Aquatic to oversee the efficient operations of our iconic Aquatic Centre. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning and managing high-level events, pool operations and facility maintenance.
As the Operations Manager Aquatic, you will play a crucial role in rebuilding and revitalising our team, shaping a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering the development of your team, ensuring they achieve their objectives while creating a positive and productive work environment.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be key to managing the competing needs of the Centre’s user groups. Additionally, you will evaluate maintenance requirements and address emerging risks to maintain a safe and efficient pool environment.
You will be supported by dedicated and collaborative leadership team committed to operational excellence of this world class Aquatic Centre.
