A leading Australian Made and owned Assistive Technology product manufacturer, Para Mobility has been innovating since 1983 to serve the Health and Hospital, Aged Care, Disability, Construction and Aquatic sectors. Known by Architects & Access Consultants, Occupational Therapists, Construction companies, Private and government funding agencies and the Health & Leisure sector, all the way through to individuals with a Disability or are Ageing and becoming less mobile, the business is continually evolving and expanding to better deliver to improve Access and Inclusion nationally.
About the Role:
This is an exciting new Senior role introduced after recent years of business growth and development. Reporting to the GM & operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position will drive Sales and growth nationally across both B2B and B2C.
The successful candidate won’t mind rolling up their sleeves to help get the job done as they initially start with a small, dedicated Sales team built on a strong values-based culture to expand our product offering further into the markets in which we operate.
The role is responsible for both developing at executing the strategy & managing the operations of the Sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and broaden the reach of our products and services that can make a lasting difference in people’s lives. It is a hands-on position involving frequent national travel & participation in trade shows/expos.
